Maximum capacity of 22 guests. A copy of our Terms & Conditions must be signed before check-in. The lead guest (the person making the booking) will also be required to provide a 100% fully refundable £600 security deposit and a valid government-issued photo ID. Check-in details will not be released until these requirements have been completed. Mid-stay housekeeping is available for stays of 28 nights or more. No excessive noise between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. The lead guest must be 21 years of age or older and is responsible for the behaviour of all guests throughout the stay. For the comfort of our neighbours, this property is equipped with a noise monitoring device that measures noise levels only (it does not record conversations). Repeated excessive noise may result in termination of the booking without refund. An exterior security camera is installed at the front entrance and records the entrance to the building 24/7. We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards unauthorised parties, illegal activity and unregistered guests.
