A refundable **£150 security deposit** is required before check-in. This is a pre-authorisation only—no funds are taken unless damage occurs—and is automatically released after departure.

A government-issued ID may be requested for verification. If you have a well-established verified Airbnb profile, additional ID is usually not required.

Guests will also be asked to electronically sign a short-term rental agreement confirming the house rules.
